Draft report on “A Robust National Planning Framework for Sri Lanka” was prepared under ADB’s technical assistance based on four countries; India, Malaysia, Singapore and Korea. The main objective of the study is to understand the best practices among the Asian Countries and Develop a suitable National Development Planning Framework for Sri Lanka.
